Powerful Peace of God

Survivors of trauma are often locked in a world of their own. In order to provide adequate help, it is necessary for ’safe’ persons to enter into this culture of abuse. The biblical concepts of ’grace and peace’ have proven to be important keys in achieving this goal. The encounter with this grace and peace, the Powerful Peace of God, enables the survivor to face the pain, to leave the past and to look with hope towards the future. This is the basis for this school.

Purpose

Picture
In a Christian and international setting the school will educate IPSICC psychotherapists and ISARPAC pastoral counselors who from a Christian viewpoint and within agreed relational boundaries can establish a safe, professional, dynamic, integrative, constructive, and healing relationship with clients - both inside and outside churches, especially with survivors of sexual abuse and with their relations too - partners, children, parents and family.

The school is designed to create and establish a place for personal growth and training so that the students can be in a process of professional therapeutic development with a Christian approach
.

The educational program is in English and takes 4 years. It consists of 11 modules, and it can be taken while working full time.

Emphasis on Survivors of Sexual, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual Abuse

ISARPAC is for training in a therapeutic Christian model where certification cannot be given. It is for those that wish to get most of the same training and experience as IPSICC and use it to minister on a pastoral level to those that have been abused and traumatized, and also by this further their own development as a counselor.

Auditing is an option for each of these tracks for specialized knowledge by attending the lectures.
The program can be taken while working.
